Joe Marcotte

Program Manager, China U.S. Center for Sustainable Development

Joe Marcotte is currently responsible for researching, developing and managing natural resource and education based projects in rural China , and serves as a liaison to our U.S. stakeholders.

Prior to joining ISDF, Joe served as a Researcher and Project Coordinator with the University of California Division of Agriculture and Natural Resources – Small Farms Center . He also served in the Peace Corps ( Kingdom of Tonga ) as a Community Development Specialist.

Joe received a M.S. degree in International Agricultural Development with a focus on Sustainable Community Development from The University of California, Davis. He received a B.A. degree in Sociology Miami University .
