Director of Concordia University’s Interdisciplinary Environmental Management Program

Dave is the Director of Concordia University’s Interdisciplinary Environmental Management Program. He also teaches Business, Government and the International Economy in Concordia’s MBA program and Public School Law in the Graduate College of Education. Dave is involved in other sustainability efforts, including serving on the Board of Directors of Clackamas River Basin Council. Dave served with the United States Navy for over thirty years and was a member of the Judge Advocate General Corps for the majority of that time. He was intimately involved in the management of the Judge Advocate General Corps and also served as the Inspector General of the Naval Sea Systems Command.
